What can be returned? 
Sorry, we do not offer returns. We do make every effort to make sure you are satisfied.

We will adjust a file size if the order was given or made for wrong matrix or color or type of animation needed. These files are generic, if you want more then we suggest contacting our office about customizing or a full custom ad for your need.

Please notify us within 3 business days if the file does not display properly on your sign. That is an indicator that you have the wrong size file or matrix was not properly stated. We will correct at no charge.

We deliver all files electronically. You will receive an email link to download. If you request file(s) to be mailed or shipped we will charge a $10 shipping and handling fee.

Credit for returns?
We will apply credit toward a different item of your choice or we will remake the file. We do not refund as we cannot in essence receive the file back in our inventory.  Thank you.
