What are the delivery charges for orders from the Online Shop?
There are never any charges for delivery. Unless you need them mailed to you. If we have to burn the files on DVD and mail that is a
Clients who order Custom files, webart upgrades or are on a monthly agreement will also have all their files stored on a cloud drive should you lose your files or your computer you can easily retrieve your files again without having to go thru a live person, just log on anytime, anywhere and get your files again.

How long will delivery take?
We do our best to deliver within 24 hours, many times same day. During busy seasons and holidays it may take up to 3 business days. If you are in question, you can always call us or email us to find out what our work load is for a better idea. We do our best to turn the files around as fast as possible. Remember: We create each file to your specific pixel matrix, to ensure clear crisp graphics, unlike copy cats who offer 1 size fits all or choice of 3 sizes …we know you want your sign to look its best..we won’t compromise on quality!
How secure is shopping in the Online Shop? Is my data protected?

You can pay by check or on the phone using your Visa, Mastercard, or American Express or check if you call in. We do all we can to protect your identity and do not offer that online to ensure your privacy and credit safety.
What exactly happens after ordering?
If you order standard file with not upgrades or special changes, we immediately get an email letting us know, it goes in the queue for our animators to re-size to your specific size if it is not already made in your sign matrix/color. If it is already in your size, we send within a couple hours.
If you order some customization or it is in a size we do not have, you will then get an email letting you know we received order and it is not in the work queue and we may let you know when to expect it.
Do I receive an invoice for my order?
Yes. You receive invoice immediately. If you do no, please call us at our 800 number located on website or email us immediately.
sign software file format
We can work with most any file format for your sign software. If you are sending us a file make sure you have copyright permission. It is not Sign Programmers responsibility to check copyright permissions. The sign is your responsibility and we assume by you providing that you are legally allowed to use the file.
We will never stretch, skew or manipulate and logo -ever. If we can not use the logo we will recommend alternatives. What is put on your sign was made by our graphic artists under your advisement and you are the final approval for content on your sign.
Also, Signprogrammers, Inc can help find material. We have subscriptions to licensed content catalogs to ensure the highest quality animations are created for your sign software. We will output the the proprietary or standard format you need.
We have been creating content since 1999 and have yet to be stumped! Sign software is typically similar.
What size do I need my sign graphic to be
We can help you with that. Sign programmers makes their files to fit each sign pixel to pixel so our files are crisp and look video quality sign files.
